Pricing praise and one dispute

The price gets praise in fourteen reviews, with reviewers calling it fair, reasonable, affordable or good. A one-star reviewer called Ox Hauling expensive and said it had repeatedly tried to take advantage of them; the owner replied that it had no record of work with Shatanu Patel, asked what name the reviewer used, and asked them to call.
