Fees after the included period

The included period is 14 days. Extra days cost $14 each. Over-limit weight costs $85 per ton.

Weight limits are 1 ton (6,000 lb) for the 10-yard, 2 tons (8,000 lb) for the 20-yard and 3 tons (10,000 lb) for the 30-yard.
Tires, batteries, hazardous materials, refrigeration materials and food garbage are not accepted (food only on request), dirt, concrete and brick are limited to half a 10- or 20-yard load, and the 30-yard is not recommended for heavy materials.
Containers are set down by hooklift rather than rolled, which the company says prevents driveway scratching, and a permit is typically needed only when placed on public property such as a street.
Three reviews describe door-to-door sign-up visits, including a promised free can and a no-contract claim later followed by a cancellation fee, and two reviews describe visits to homes with no-soliciting signs.
Reviews describe service or billing problems after Arrow took over customers of earlier haulers such as Reliable Sanitation and B Green, and an owner reply confirms Arrow bought Reliable.
Eight reviews describe leaking trucks, sludge, or spilled liquid on streets, and the owner reply to one says the trucks are newer, the seals are in good condition, and the leaking comes from rain and unbagged liquids.
