Weight limits and rental length

The website says a unit's weight limit is most often based on its structural integrity and the ground beneath it. For construction jobs, renters can choose the rental length down to the day.

  • Website lists toxic waste, explosives and hazardous waste among banned items and asks renters to call before disposing of anything unclear.
  • Website says roll-off drivers can place containers on concrete and asphalt, close to the work site, sometimes up to the door.
  • The excerpted text of the homepage and the roll-off, commercial, residential and construction pages does not mention cancellation, early-return or minimum-term terms.
  • Website says it checks dumpster placement against city and state guidelines and complies with city, state and federal laws.
  • Website says that when a roll-off container is full, the renter calls and a driver brings out a new roll-off to swap.
