• Roll-off dumpsters are rented for 7 days with a 5-ton limit, overage is $60/ton over 5 tons and $6/day after 7 days, rentals are capped at 1 month unless otherwise discussed with the office, and there is a 17-ton maximum.
• Roll-off rentals come in 20, 30 and 40 yard sizes listed at 8' x 4' x 22', 8' x 6' x 22' and 8' x 8' x 22'.
• The page prohibits batteries, computers, TVs, concrete, and liquids, except dried paint with lids off. Tires require an additional charge; appliances require licensed Freon removal and documentation.
• The commercial agreement requires a hard, level concrete or asphalt surface with 14 ft overhead and 12 ft width clearance, states DCI is not liable for pavement, concrete or driveway damage from placement or servicing, and makes the customer pay towing and related costs if a DCI truck gets stuck, within 10 days.

• Two reviews say no prorated refund or prorated amount was given after cancelling or a service suspension, and a 2022 review says a refund for the remaining paid month was refused.
• Residential guidelines cap trash at eight 30-gallon bags per week (four per pickup for twice-weekly customers), charge $5 per extra bag, and require missed stops to be reported by noon the next day.
