Clear the load and pickup area
Before pickup, the load should be level with or below the dumpster’s edge, prohibited items should be removed, and the pickup area should be clear of vehicles, gates, or other obstacles.
The FAQ recommends booking at least 2 to 3 days ahead, and says same-day or next-day service may be available depending on the local schedule.
