What goes in, and the rules
Not allowed · concrete, dirt, sod and fillConcrete, dirt, sod and fill. Not a matter of preference: this material is dense enough to put a truck over its legal haul weight while the container still looks half empty, and the landfill handles it differently.

Rules by material · roof tear-offs and shinglesCan I put roofing shingles in it?+− Yes: roof tear-offs are one of the most common things we haul.

Space and access · delivery accessPlan on about 22 feet of length, 10 feet of width and 20 feet of overhead clearance so the truck can tilt and roll the container off.

Loading · all containersEvery container has a maximum load line, and we can't legally haul a load above it: the debris has to be level with the top rail so it can be tarped.

Who it serves · residential and commercial customersBoth. Homeowners doing a weekend cleanout, and builders, roofers, remodelers and property managers running continuous work. Commercial jobs with multiple drop-offs are worth a phone call: we'll price the whole job rather than each container.
