What goes in, and the rules
Not allowed · concrete, dirt, sod and fillConcrete, dirt, sod and fill. Not a matter of preference: this material is dense enough to put a truck over its legal haul weight while the container still looks half empty, and the landfill handles it differently.
Its website, read Oct 2026: awdumpsters.com/services/what-can-you-put-in-a-dumpster
Heavy loads · wet debris, shingles, concrete, dirt and fillWet debris and shingles add up faster than people expect, and concrete, dirt and fill aren't accepted at all.
Its website, read Oct 2026: awdumpsters.com/faq/pricing-and-fees
If a rule is broken · loads containing prohibited materialThe landfill can reject or surcharge the load and that cost passes through.
Its website, read Oct 2026: awdumpsters.com/services/what-can-you-put-in-a-dumpster
Space and access · dumpster deliveryPlan on about 22 feet of length, 10 feet of width and 20 feet of overhead clearance so the truck can tilt and roll the container off.
Its website, read Oct 2026: awdumpsters.com/faq/delivery-and-placement
Responsibilities · driveways with newer concrete, pavers or fresh sealRoll-offs are heavy, so on newer concrete, pavers or a freshly sealed drive we recommend driveway boards under the rails.
Its website, read Oct 2026: awdumpsters.com/faq/delivery-and-placement
Loading · all containersEvery container has a maximum load line, and we can't legally haul a load above it: the debris has to be level with the top rail so it can be tarped.

Who it serves · residential and commercial customersBoth. Homeowners doing a weekend cleanout, and builders, roofers, remodelers and property managers running continuous work. Commercial jobs with multiple drop-offs are worth a phone call: we'll price the whole job rather than each container.

Other services · roll-off dumpster rentalWe do one thing: roll-off dumpsters. Homeowners clearing a garage and contractors running a build get the same three containers, the same published prices and the same phone number.

Where the waste goes · clean loads of a single materialSome material streams get separated at the facility. If you have a clean load of a single material, mention it: it can sometimes be handled differently.
